Lion King Ajay Devgn and director Sajid Khan are gearing up to start the shooting of their much awaited remake of the ‘80s hit Himmatwala, which is produced by UTV Motion Pictures and Vashu Bhagnani’s Pooja Entertainment India Ltd. And as a first of its sort, the mahurat of this film will be shown live online on YouTube on August 22 Wednesday, at 1pm (IST) which will be held at the iconic Ramoji Studios in Hyderabad. The occasion will also be attended by producers Vashu Bhagnani and Siddharth Roy Kapur.

The retro themed posters of the movie had garnered a very strong buzz and that is why the filmmakers have now decided to go a step ahead in surprising the audience.

Along with Ajay Devgn, the film also features Tamannah, Paresh Rawal, Mahesh Manjrekar, Zareena Wahab, Adhyayan Suman and Leena Jumani with music by Sajid Wajid and screenplay by Sajid Khan and Farhad Sajid.

Himmatwala is slated to hit the screens on March 29, 2013.
