This week saw the release of two films – Gali Gali Chor Hai and Love You To Death – and collections of both films were below average at the box office. Meanwhile, Agneepath is still receiving a good response in many circuits.

In Mumbai, Rajesh Thadani of Multimedia Combines says, “Gali Gali Chor Hai received a poor response. It took an opening of 20 per cent while Love You To Death scores even lower.”

In Gujarat, Ajay Bagbai of Rajvi Trade Link says, “The response to both the Hindi releases was nil and between 10 and 15 per cent for all two films.

In the Delhi-UP circuit, G D Mehta of Bobby Arts International gives Gali Gali Chor Hai and Love You To Death a “zero”. “Collections were between 5 and 10 per cent, which is a very bad opening for any film.”

In Punjab, Surendra Saluja of Lakshaya Movies says, “The response to both the films that released this Friday was very poor. Gali Gali Chor Hai and Love You To Death clocked between 10 and 20 per cent.”

In West Bengal, Sunit Singh of Aum Moviez dubs the response to this Friday’s releases as “nil”. They both opened to 5-10 per cent in the territory.

It was no different in CP, where Sarang Chandak of Shri Rang Films says Love You To Death went unnoticed while Gali Gali Chor Hai has registered a response of 10 per cent.

Collections of the new releases was even worse in Rajasthan, where Vasudev Chachan of Sunny Films says, “Gali Gali Chor Hai took a 3-per cent opening while Love You To Death opened to only 2 per cent.”

In Mysore, B H Basha of Bahar Enterprises pegs the response to both new releases at 5 per cent.
