Paul Rudd is in final negotiations to co-star with Tina Fey. If the deal goes through, Rudd will star in the comedy drama Admission, directed by Paul Weitz and scripted by Karen Croner.

The story follows an unmarried college admissions counselor (Fey) who strikes up a romance with a man (Rudd) she knew when she was in school. The film will begin production later this year and will be released in mid-2013.
