The megastar Amitabh Bachchan has ruled millions of hearts and has played different characters in film every time. This time the legendary actor is all set to star in a Marathi movie AB ani CD. The film is directed by Milind Lele. As per reports, the initial shooting of this film will be taking place in Mumbai on May 20.
Also, reports say that a huge hall has been reserved for AB ani CD’s five-day-long shoot. The title of the film revolves around the story characters. In the film, Bachchan will be playing the role of actor Vikram Gokhale’s friend. As the title, AB stands for Amitabh Bachchan while the CD refers to Vikram Gokhale’s character Chandrakant Deshpande. While on the other hand, Vikram Gokhale will be playing the part of a retired drawing teacher.
This is not Bachchan's first tryst with Marathi films. He acted in the 1994 film Akka with wife Jaya Bachchan. The film was directed by his personal make-up artist turned filmmaker, Deepak Sawant. He was also the narrator for Ek Krantiveer: Vasudev Balwant Phadke
