The Arvind Kamath’s Kannada thriller Arishadvarga created a buzz with its teaser and fans can’t wait for the film to hit the theatres. But before it does, the film will have its premiere on June 23 at the Bagri Foundation London Indian Film Festival.
The festival will be held between June 20 and July 1 in London, Birmingham and Manchester.
According to the director Arvind Kamath, the film is a very urban story about urban relationships and the changes that are currently happening, the loss of faith in institutions, gender power play.
He also said, the film could be set in any metro, although there are certain elements from Bengaluru that we have used.

In an interview with a daily director Kamath stated, “We didn’t think that we had made a festival film – we wanted to make a mainstream and sensible film.” He also added that it was the huge diaspora audience that comes to Indian film festivals that prompted them to apply to the festival. .
The film's cast includes Avinash Yelandur, Anju Alva Naik, Nanda Gopal, Samyukta Hornad, Mahesh Bung and Gopalkrishna Deshpande. It is produced under the banner of Kanasu Talkies.
