Hrithik Roshan’s Super 30 has had its fair share of controversies. The film was supposed to release in January this year along with Kangana Ranaut starrer Manikarnika – The Queen Of Jhansi, but got pushed to finally release on July 26. But as luck would have it, Ekta Kapoor pushed the release of her Rajkummar Rao – Kangana Ranaut starrer Mental Hai Kya to the same date.
This of course set in motion a lot of speculations that there would be a media circus with the two movies clashing at the box office, given the choppy past that Roshan and Ranaut share. But the actor put an end to all of that with an announcement yesterday on his Twiiter page. He announced that he was pushing the release of his film Super 30. Read Hrithik Roshan’s statement below to know more.
Super 30 is based on mathematician Anand Kumar and his educational program, Super 30. The film also stars Mrunal Thakur. Besides this film, Hrithik Roshan also has a film with Tiger Shroff.
